Slayed by the dragon

A body missing a head is found outside of Umeå University. The investigation brings police inspector Roland Fransson and his team to an excavation carried out in the town of Lycksele seventy years earlier.

The modus operandi of the murderer can be associated with the Same skulls that were brought to Stockholm to be examined by race biologists. The further the investigations goes the more challenging it becomes.

When his daughter Anna is threatened, Roland realises that his whole future is at stake.
