Mikael Andersson

Mikael Andersson, born in Umeå in 1966, is an eye surgeon and chief physician. After completing his high school education, he spent a year in Israel, followed by six months in Vietnam during his medical training. Currently, he resides with his family in Umeå, where they enjoy spending time in their log cabin located in Vindeln. Having spent most of his life in West Bothnia, Mikael decided to begin writing in 2018, using the region's landscape as a natural backdrop. His debut novel, "The Evildoers," is a crime thriller and the first book in the series “Murders in West Bothnia”.
